Permit Information
Commercial customers must obtain a permit issued by the landfill. Permits are for one year (July 1-June 30) and are prorated on a per month basis for the remainder of the year. The application fee is $55 plus $30 per vehicle.

Loads Requiring Waste Transporter Manifest
As per 6 NYCRR Part 360 Regulations and Division Policy each load of the following waste types require a Division accepted standardized Waste Transporter Manifest:
- Sewage Sludge (biosolids)
- Water Treat Plant Residuals
- Grease Trap Waste
- Waste Tires
- Petroleum Contaminated Soil
- Asbestos Waste
Friable Asbestos
Non-Friable Asbestos (Division Policy)
The below-standardized manifest is required by the Division to receive approval for disposal.
