    Participation in SMS communications is voluntary and constitutes consent to receive messages for service-related purposes only. SMS-based information is treated as PII where applicable and is protected in accordance with CJIS Security Policy requirements and NIST control families, including AC (Access Control), IA (Identification and Authentication), and SC (System and Communications Protection).
    • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. A confirmation message will be sent, after which no further messages will be delivered.
    • Re-Enrollment: You may re-enroll by completing the original sign-up process.
    • Support: Reply “HELP” for assistance or contact support@spidrtech.com.
    • Data Handling: Mobile numbers and associated interaction data are used solely for operational public safety communications and service improvement.
    • Third-Party Sharing Restriction: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
    • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
    • Fees: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on interaction with services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  5. Non Personally Identifiable Information
    Broome County may collect information that is not personally identifiable. Examples include IP address, time of visit, browser type, operating system, and referring domain. This information is used to diagnose server issues and administer the website, as well as to gather aggregate demographic insights.
