(This is a special plastic recycling program that is separate from the regular recycling program materials)
Plastic bucket (NO metal handles)
Plastic milk/soda crate
Plastic laundry baskets and totes
Plastic lawn furniture
Plastic drums and garbage cans
Plastic toys and pet carriers
Plastic coolers
Plastic shelving
Plastic flower pots and trays (no soil)
PET blister pack
Automotive plastic (bumpers, pick-up truck bed liners, grills, hub caps)
Material NOT accepted as part of the bulk mixed rigid plastic drop-off at the landfill are:
PVC pipe/tubing, vinyl siding
Glass, metal, wood, paper, clothes, Styrofoam
Poly-coated paper
Flexible water hoses, hazardous material or medical waste
Narrow neck liquid containers; small plastic containers (yogurt cups & bottles)
Oil/chemical containers.
