Broome County Health Department Issues Public Health Statements October 14

(BROOME COUNTY, NY) The Broome County Health Department has learned a person who was at Dos Rios Cantina, located at 60 Court St. in Binghamton, on October 4th has tested positive for COVID-19. 

If you were at that location on October 4th between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. we ask you to self-quarantine until October 19th. 

The Broome County Health Department has also learned a person who was at Bath & Body Works, located at 2317 Vestal Pkwy E. in Vestal, on October 4th has tested positive for COVID-19. 

If you were at that location on October 4th between 9:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. we ask you to self-quarantine until October 19th. 

The Broome County Health Department has also learned a person who was at SONIC Restaurant, located at 1103 Upper Front Street in Binghamton, on October 4th has tested positive for COVID-19. 

If you were at that location on October 4th between 5:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. we ask you to self-quarantine until October 19th. 

The Broome County Health Department also has learned a person who was at American Family Fitness, located at 1806 Vestal Pkwy E. in Vestal, on October 5th through 10th has tested positive for COVID-19. 

If you were at that location on any of those days between 6:00 a.m. and 8 a.m. or 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., October 9th between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. or October 10th between 7 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. we ask you to self-quarantine until 14 days after your respective exposure date. Contact your healthcare provider if you develop symptoms. 

The Broome County Health Department has also learned that a person who rode B.C. Transit bus #35 on October 8th has tested positive for COVID-19. 

If you were on that bus on October 8th between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. we ask you to self-quarantine until October 23rd.

You should self-quarantine if you were at any of these locations for 10 or more minutes.

Broome County officials remind you to wash your hands, wear your facial coverings and continue to maintain social distancing.
