The City of Binghamton's Annual St Patrick's Parade is Saturday March 7, 2026
Several routes will detour due to the Belmar Parade Day Mile run and then the annual St Patrick's parade on March, 7, 2026. BC Transit will detour starting at approximately 12:00 PM until completion at approximately 3:00 PM. The run and then the parade will start at the intersection of Court St and Fayette St and continue west on Court St to Main St, and end at the intersection of Main St and Arthur St.
The outbound 5 bus willl use Prospect Ave, right onto Lewis St, right onto Chenango St, left onto Centennial Plaza, left onto Henry St, right onto Chapman St, straight on Rt. 363 to State Street Bridge and back on route. Inbound will use Susquehanna St, left onto Carrol St, left on Henry St, and right into the BC Junction. On the 1:30 PM inbound trip only, buses will use NY 363 to Court St. Buses will turn right on Court, left on the Brandywine, left on Eldredge, left on Chenango St and return to the BC Junction.

The outbound 7 bus leaving the BC Junction will use Henry St and turn right on Water St to left on the East Clinton St bridge and resume regular routing. The inbound bus routing will not change.

The outbound 8 bus leaving the BC Junction will use Henry St to right on Water St to left on the East Clinton St bridge to right on Front St and resume regular routing. The inbound bus will turn left on the E Clinton St bridge to right on Water St to left on Henry St and return to the BC Junction.

The 12 /3 bus will use Prospect Ave, turn right onto Lewis St., right onto Chenango St., left onto Centennial St., left onto Henry St., right on the Brandywine to Tompkins St and resume regular routing. On the 1:30 PM inbound trip only, buses will use NY 363 to Court St. Buses will turn right on Court, left on the Brandywine, left on Eldredge, left on Chenango St and return to the BC Junction

The outbound 15 bus will use Prospect Ave, right on Lewis St, right on Chenango, left on Centennial Plaza, left on Henry, right on Chapman, to the 363 on ramp, to North Shore, right on Front St and resume travel on Leroy St. The inbound 15 bus will continue on North Shore to NY 363, to Court St, straight on Liberty, left on Henry, to the BC Junction. On the 1:30 PM inbound trip only, buses will use NY 363 to Court St. Buses will turn right on Court, left on the Brandywine, left on Eldredge, left on Chenango St and return to the BC Junction

The outbound 35 bus will turn right on Henry St, right on Water St, left on the E Clinton St bridge, left on Front St, right on North St, left on Edwards St, right on Main St and resume regular routing. The inbound bus will turn left on Edwards, right on North, left on Front, right on E Clinton, right on Water left on Henry. After the parade, Main St travel is expected to resume at Front/Main. Court St will remain closed until about 3 PM.

The outbound 57 bus will use Prospect Ave, turn right on Lewis St, right on Chenango, left on Centennial Plaza, left on Henry, right on Chapman, to the 363 on ramp, to N Shore, to the State St on ramp and resume regular routing.
From Riverside Dr, the 57 bus will use North Shore to NY 363, to Court St, continue on Liberty St to left on Henry St to the BC Junction.

Hillcrest St Patrick's Day Parade March 8, 2026
Due to the Hillcrest St Patrick's Parade on Sunday, March 8, 2026, the outbound 12/28/40 combo will detour on the 1 PM trip. The bus stops on Chenango/Nowlan and Chenango/Dickinson will not be available. The bus will travel as far as the Chenango/W Service, observe a courtesy stop here, and use NY 7 West enroute to the BC Junction.
