Johnson City Arch
10/13/26 Main St at Floral Ave is closed due to the JC Arch construction. Route 17 will use Carhart Ave, and will not serve the stop on Floral/Main. Route 35 outbound will turn left on Floral Ave, right on Carhart Ave and resume regular routing after turning left on Main St. Route 35 inbound will turn right on Carhart Ave, left on Floral Ave and resume regular routing after turning right on Main St.
Gateway Project- Binghamton
Due to the Gateway Project in downtown Binghamton, please expect minor delays and detours.
5 Vestal Ave will not be able to get to the inbound stop by the YWCA. Please go to the bus stop by Susquehanna and Exchange (Woodburn Court I parking lot) to catch the inbound 5 Vestal Ave.
Town Square Mall
7/20/26 Due to construction by Walmart, please go to the AMC theater for routes 47, 57 and 91.
Newton Ave - Binghamton
9/14/26 Duane St and Newton Ave are closed. Buses will use Mill St to James St and resume regular routing.
Binghamton Plaza
8/4/26 Route 40 Chenango St will not serve stops in the former Binghamton Plaza.
