The Broome County Parks 10th Annual Scarecrow Contest was a huge success once again, and we are so grateful to all our participants! Thousands of votes were collected at this year’s event, and we appreciate all the time and effort that each participant put into their creative displays! We would also like to thank all the community members who voted for their favorite scarecrow displays!
