We have collected thousands of votes for the 2024 Broome County Parks 9th Annual Scarecrow Contest & Display! There were so many amazing and creatively designed scarecrow displays this year! We are grateful to all 46 of this year's participants, and a big THANK YOU all those who came to Otsiningo Park to vote! We can’t wait for next years event!
