Grippen Community Park- Ice Skating
Ice Skating at Grippen Community Parks is $5 per session to skate and $5 for rentals per session. All skaters must sign a waiver to skate. Kids under the age of 18 need a guardian to sign their waivers. Kids under 12 years of age need to be supervised by an adult.

Grippen Park, located on Grippen Avenue in Endicott, offers a new unique dimension to year-round recreation in Broome County. Visitors can enjoy a simple picnic lunch or plan a large family event in this 14-acre park. The recently renovated recreational building, originally constructed as a community ice rink in 1972, now serves as a multipurpose indoor sports facility. The park also features outdoor fields for various activities and a convenient "float-off" boat ramp providing easy access to the Susquehanna River. Grippen Park is a welcoming space for relaxation, sports, and gatherings in every season.
Facilities
- Shelter rental rates are $100.00 on weekends/holidays, with a reduced rate of $30.00 on non-holiday weekdays. Make reservation online or by calling 607.778.2193.
- Reservations may be submitted beginning November 1 for the following calendar year. Dates previously reserved by Greenlight Networks Grand Slam Park and Special Events are subject to their first right of refusal. Starting January 1, Greenlight Networks Grand Slam Park and Special Events will be open to the public to reserve.

Grippen Community Park- Pickleball Court Rules and Etiquette
- Courts are open daily from 8 am to Dusk, from April 1 through October 31. Building will be closed when there are scheduled Broome County events, which will be communicated via calendar and website.
- Courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis only. Please be mindful of your play time. If others are waiting, limit play to 2 consecutive games to 11. Use paddle line up to keep track of “up next”.
- Marking the courts is prohibited.
- Limit food and beverage to the side lines of the courts.
- Please be mindful of the court surface – do not move furniture or bring chairs on to the court.
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and rollerblades are prohibited.
- No amplified music.
- No smoking, chewing tobacco or vaping.
- Please report damage to facility staff.
- Good sportsmanship is the rule. Treat each other with respect and kindness!
- Play at your own risk.
