DWI Victim Impact Panel

DWI Victim Impact Panels involve friends, relatives, or victims themselves telling a group of DWI offenders the tragic outcomes of an alcohol-related traffic accident. The event is highly emotional, and the main goal is to prevent offenders from driving again when impaired by alcohol.

Victim Impact Panel Dates:

VIPs are held at the Broome County Sheriff's Office (Administration Entrance, Upper Parking Lot) located at:

155 Lt. VanWinkle Drive
Binghamton, NY 13905

Doors open at 6:30 pm for check-in. Sessions begin promptly at 7:00 pmPlease arrive on time.
All attendants will be tested for alcohol use by a law enforcement officer. If you test positive, you will not be allowed to enter.
