Assigned Counsel Unit - Family Court

Mission Statement: To administer and provide oversight relative to the disbursement of funds for the provision of indigent defense services relative to family court matters.
Weights and Measures Unit
View Reports & Information
Mission Statement: To assure a fair and equitable marketplace, for both the buyer and the seller, by conducting annual inspections and testing of commercially used weighing and measuring devices. To enforce New York State Agriculture and Markets Law Article 16, the New York State Code of Rules and Regulations 1NYCRR - Parts 220 through 224, and apply the procedures set forth by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
