Due to the ongoing winter storm, all Broome County offices will open at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Monday, January 26. 

A travel advisory is still in effect until noon on Monday. Continue to avoid all unnecessary travel. 

Department of Social Services

DSS will continue to monitor the after-hours emergency assistance line at (607)788-3885 until the office opens at noon.

Broome County Sheriff's Office

The Broome County Sheriff's Office Civil, Identification and Records Division will be closed until 12:00 p.m. on Monday, January 26. Morning visitation at the Broome County Correctional Facility will be closed from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., but regular visitation hours will resume at 1:00 p.m.

Broome County Clerk's Office

The Broome County Clerk's Office and both Binghamton and Endicott DMV locations will be open to the public beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, January 26. The mobile DMV will be closed but will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, January 27.
