(BROOME COUNTY, NY) – Broome County, in collaboration with Barton & Loguidice (B&L), is seeking public input on the Old Route 17 Culvert Replacement Project over Fly Creek, scheduled for 2025 in the Town of Sanford. The new structure will improve hydraulic performance, enhance safety, and support full truck traffic.
