NY Connects provides information, assistance, and referrals for Long Term Services and Supports for people of any age and regardless of income. NY Connects Caseworkers help people maneuver the complex system of services in the community. To learn more about this program you can review the NY Connects Brochure. NY Connects staff can assist you either on the phone or in-person between
8am and 3.30pm, Monday through Friday.
