Tai Chi for Arthritis Leader Training

The Building Better Balance for Broome Program is offering a Tai Chi for Arthritis Training, ideal for those who have experience teaching older adults and are committed to teaching at least 2 eight-week classes per year.

Tai Chi for Arthritis can help build balance and assist with improving the quality of life for older adults. Tai Chi promotes relaxation while improving balance and flexibility.
Medical studies confirm that Tai Chi programs can relieve pain and reduce falls. Classes are open to everyone and suitable for all fitness levels.
