Important information:
The new Mandated Reporter Training replaces the previously approved training.
All mandated reporters are required to complete the new training by April 1, 2025 to meet requirements pursuant to Social Services Law section 413(5) as added by Part JJ of Chapter 56 of the Laws of 2021.
This training also meets the New York State Education Department mandatory requirements for Training in Child Abuse Identification and Reporting.
