Broome County Highway Work Planned for Week of 9/23

(BROOME COUNTY, NY) – The following work is scheduled on Broome County roadways beginning Monday, September 23^rd.

• Paving on Caldwell Hill Road (between NYS Rt. 79 & Arnold Road)
• Culvert work on Knapp Road, Murphy Road & Ballyhack Road
• Ditch cleaning and shoulder rebuilding on Murphy Road, Ballyhack Road, Trim Street, Colesville Road, Owen Hill Road & East Maine Road
• Manhole repairs on Oakdale Road
• Re-surfacing pavement on Day Hollow Road (between Flora Street & the Tioga County line)
• Striping to county and town roadways
• Mowing roadside on several county roads
