Whatever decision you make concerning your ticket, please do not contact our office by telephone. We simply do not have the personnel available to deal with calls on traffic infractions. We have chosen to make available this website with the hope that your questions and concerns regarding your ticket will be answered, and the matter can be resolved fairly and efficiently. If, however, you do have questions or concerns about your case that are not addressed in this pamphlet, you will have an opportunity to discuss your case with the prosecutor on your scheduled court conference date.
Please do not attempt to contact the police or the court to negotiate a more favorable plea offer. Neither the court nor the police are authorized by law to enter into plea negotiations without the consent of the District Attorney.
