Broome Bands Together FREE Summer Concert Series West-Grippen Community Park

Grippen Park, Endicott 

Free summer concert series presented by Broome County Parks, Recreation and Youth Services. The event is free to Broome County residents and will be held at Grippen Park on April 15th, May 20th, September 16th and October 21st  from 6:00pm-8:00pm. 

Individuals and families are invited to bring lawn chairs or blankets to theses family friendly events. Pack a picnic dinner, or purchase food, drinks and ice cream from local vendors! CHOW will be accepting non-perishable food and monetary donations at all Broome Bands Together Concerts. There will be bins placed around event area.

Grippen Band Writeup

Wound Tight - is a modern country and classic rock band. With over 30 years in the entertainment business, this group knows how to have a good time. Featuring bassist/vocalist Ralph Pomeroy, guitarist/vocalist Jim Burnard, drummer/vocalist Jody Stanley, and vocalist/guitarist/harmonica Kevan Michael.

Fifth Gear Overdrive - is a Soulful Classic Rock Band located in Broome County, consisting of six members. This group is fronted by lead singer, Mocca Shabaz. Many sounds you’ll hear are from the usual guitars, bass, keys and drums but also include sax, harmonica, congas, hand percussion and up to 5 vocalists. If you like Huey Lewis and the News, Journey, Hall & Oates, The Eagles, Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder and many more great bands, look no further.

Crossing the Line - is an energetic band in Endicott, NY that covers Classic & Southern Rock, Blues and New Country music. They feature dual lead female and male vocalists, powerful keyboards, guitars and a tight rhythm section.
