Kelly Wildoner (R) was first elected in 2012, and was re-elected to a new term representing Legislative District 3 in 2022. District 3 includes the Towns of Binghamton & Conklin and portions of the Town of Vestal.
Kelly currently is the Senior Regional Safety & Risk Manager for American Racing & Meadowlands Raceway and has nearly 30 years of professional service in the occupational safety field.
Kelly is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, the Society for Human Resource Management and is a New York State Department of Labor Workplace Safety and Loss Control Consultant.
Kelly’s main legislative priority is that of economic development. He wants to cut government red-tape to help foster a business-friendly atmosphere in order to bring jobs to Broome County and the Southern Tier.
Kelly is a graduate of both Johnson City High School and Broome-Tioga Boces. He and his wife, Linda, reside in the Town of Conklin.
