Kim Myers served on the Legislature from 2015-2016 and was appointed back into the Legislature in 2019 after former Legislator Daniel D. Reynolds resigned to become Elections Commissioner. She was re-elected to a new term representing Legislative District 4 in 2024 and was elected Minority Leader for the 2025-2026 term. District 4 includes portions of the Town of Vestal, including Binghamton University’s main campus.
