Thank you for visiting the Broome County Board of Ethics webpage.
Chapter 53 of the Broome County Charter and Administrative Code set ethics guidelines for County personnel and established the Board of the Ethics. The Board consists of three members which are appointed by the County Executive and confirmed by the County Legislature.
The current Board of Ethics members are:
- Thomas Augostini
- Suzanne Gorman-Messina
- Vincent Pasquale
All complaints alleging a violation of the Code of Ethics should be made in writing and sent to the Board of Ethics at the following address:
