Broome County Travel Ban for County and Local Roads Lifted at 4 p.m. 

(BROOME COUNTY, NY) Broome County Executive Jason Garnar is lifting the travel ban issued early Thursday morning for all county and local roads in Broome County at 4 p.m. 

A state of emergency remains in effect. A no unnecessary travel order will also continue indefinitely. Hazardous driving conditions still exist. Do NOT travel unless you have to. If you work then you should report to work, unless told otherwise, but use caution. 

Broome County will continue to provide updates as necessary.
