Broome Bands Together FREE Summer Concert Series-Otsiningo Park

Otsiningo Park, Binghamton

Free summer concert series presented by Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP. The event is free to Broome County residents and will be held at Otsiningo Park on most Tuesday's starting in June and ending on September 2 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. 

Individuals and families are invited to bring lawn chairs or blankets to theses family friendly events. Pack a picnic dinner, or purchase snacks, drinks and ice cream from Beer Tree Brew Co, Downtown Danny's,  Here's the Twist and PitStop Popcorn. CHOW will be accepting non-perishable food and monetary donations at all Broome Bands Together Concerts. There will be bins placed around event area.

Band Writeup

Wreckless Marci - is a 607 based high-energy rock band featuring guitarist/vocalist Brady Goldsmith, guitarist/vocalist Craig Palmer, bass guitarist Mark Sedlock, and drummer Matt Jensen. This band brings big sound, strong hooks, and electric stage presence, leaving the community with good vibes.

Two Dollar Pistol – is a 5-piece powerhouse band specializing in country and classic rock. Comprising of guitarist Brad Gordon, drummer Corey Call, lead vocalist Tom Haen, bass guitarist Cary Najarian, acoustic guitarist/mandolin/banjo Bob Bodnar. From Houston, Texas, this group calls Binghamton home.

The Shambles – is a 6-piece well established band playing a mix of traditional and modern Celtic and folk music based in Binghamton. Featuring Coughlin and Gerhart’s own Mark Gorgos on drums, the group’s infectious energy and yes, their bagpipes, gets the crowd moving.

Odd Man Out – is a three-piece rock band from the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Pennsylvania. Good times and good tunes.

Hi-Way Fruit Market - is a Classic Rock and dance band featuring Pete on drums, Jamie on lead guitar, Kevin on keys and guitar, Angela Lead vocals and Benny Fiacco on bass. 

Katie Scott with Persuasion – is a local band that plays a wide variety of covers including dance, ballads, disco, country, oldies, and classic rock from the 50’s to today. With plenty of years to perfect their passions, this group loves to entertain the community. Katie Scott leads the band as vocalist, keys Sean Stafford, vocalist/guitarist Tony Tersmette, drummer Tom D’Angelo, bass guitarist Harris Thor, vocalist/guitarist Mike Showalter.

The Gents – from upstate New York, this band covers styles from 1950’s rock and roll, boogie/blues, arena rock, progressive rock, R&B, pop-rock, a mix of everything. Members of the band include vocalist/bass guitarist/guitarist Sid Peake, vocalist/guitarist Dan Almy, vocalist/keys Dave Cook, vocalist/guitarist Tom Spencer, drummer/vocalist Dean Benjamin. The Gents are always ready to bring a great live musical experience to any crowd.

Johnny Marsh and His Amazing Friends – High-energy neon rock and dance-floor favorites from the Southern Tier, delivering nostalgic anthems, big harmonies, and a little bit of chaos from the 90’s era. This group is all about throwing it back and having fun. Featuring guitarist/vocalist Johnny Marsh, drummer Phil Riegel, vocalist/keys Betsy Corbett, vocalist/keys/flautist Vanessa Woodring, electric guitarist/vocalist Trevor Twigg, vocalist/manager Amber Twigg, bass guitarist Emory Joseph, vocalist Morgan Davies.

Aftermath – performs alternative rock from the 90’s to today. Band members are vocalist Phil Wood, guitarist/vocalist Rob Santa Ines, bassist/vocalist Jack Rifenburgh, drummer/vocalist Brian Casterlin. This quartet covers alternative, metal and rock to get the crowd moving.

Storm Front – from the greater Binghamton area, Storm Front is a 3-piece high energy dance band. Danceable Rock with pure vocal harmonies! Featuring guitarist/vocalist Tom Kulas, bass guitarist/vocalist Dan Lord, drummer/vocalist Brady Goldsmith.
