Broome Opioid Abuse Council typically meets on the first Friday of every month at 10:00 AM. To accommodate members, meeting dates and times are subject to change. Meetings are held at the Broome County Health Department, 225 Front St., Binghamton, NY, 13905. *Currently meetings are being conducted virtually due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
