Glenwood Road to be Closed for Bridge Repair
(TOWN OF VESTAL, NY) – The Broome County Department of Public Works will be closing a section of Glenwood Road, a local road located in and owned by the Town of Vestal, on February 12, 2025, and February 13, 2025. The closure will be in place from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. The section of road will be closed to repair the underside of the Glenwood Road Bridge over Choconut Creek.
The closure will be limited to the intersection of Glenwood Road and Underwood Road to the intersection of Glenwood Road and NYS Route 26, with access provided for local traffic only. All thru traffic will need to seek alternate routes while the road is closed.
