The IDistricts Public Art Program is a collaborative effort of the Broome County Planning Department, the Broome County Arts Council, the City of Binghamton, and the Villages of Endicott and Johnson City, as well as the participating artists and property owners. The public art installations created through this program were made possible with financial support of New York State through the Upstate Revitalization Initiative and the Transform Greater Binghamton Fund. As of August 2022, eight murals were completed through this program.
