Fall 2024 Training Series

All Broome County and Tioga County officials, staff, Planning Board and Zoning Board members are welcome to join the Broome County Planning and Economic Development Department and our partners for our Fall 2024 Municipal Training Series with our last trainings taking place on Thursday October 24th from 4:30PM to 7:30PM.

These trainings will be in-person at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Auditorium located at 840 Front Street #2, Binghamton, NY 13905. The New York State Department of State (NYSDOS) will present about Part 1: Cannabis Land Use Regulations and Part 2:Enforcement

Course Descriptions

Cannabis- Land Use Regulation (1 hour of credit for PB and ZBA members)  

Cannabis- Enforcement (1 hours of credit for PB and ZBA members)

All Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals members will receive credit hours and a certificate for attending following this training event.  Light refreshments and water will be provided.
