As we enter the autumn season, we are pleased to announce the Broome County Fall Festival to take place at Grippen Community Park, October 10th, from 12:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. This fun family-friendly event will include food and drinks for purchase (Food Truck, Here's the Twist and Cider Mill), the first 250 attendees will receive a donut and small cup of cider from the Cider Mill, kids' games, music, pumpkin painting, face painting, Morris Dancers at 12:15pm-1pm & 2:15-3pm,free Wiffleball Homerun Derby(12pm), giveaways and more.
We encourage those attending this event to consider bringing a donation for the Broome County Dog Shelter! The Broome County Dog Shelter is looking for the following donations Purina One dog food, bleach, dawn dish soap and laundry soap. We will be accepting monetary donations as well!

FREE Wiffleball Homerun Derby
Check-In & Warm-Up: 12pm. Homerun Derby Starts: 1pm. Participants will register in one of three age groups: 6–10 years, 11–15 years, or 16 and older. Prizes awarded to the winner of each age group.
Straight Points System. Each hitter gets two rounds of swings. We will add up the totals from both rounds. Highest total of each age group wins!
